These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HubSpot BCC Logger Outlook add-in and the website at bcc-addin.co.uk (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Stuart Stafford, trading as BCC Logger ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
HubSpot BCC Logger is a Microsoft Outlook add-in that automatically adds a user-configured BCC email address to outgoing emails within Outlook, enabling email logging to third-party CRM platforms such as HubSpot. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Microsoft 365 or Outlook account to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
3.1 Pricing
The Service is available for £1.00 per user per month. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
3.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until that date. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months unless required by law.
3.4 Refunds
If you experience a material defect in the Service within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us at hello@bcc-addin.co.uk and we will consider a refund at our discretion. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited commercial emails, or bulk emails
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including data protection law
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Service

You are responsible for:

- Complying with your organisation's IT policies regarding third-party add-ins
- Ensuring that your use of automatic BCC logging complies with applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR) and any obligations you have to your email recipients
- Keeping your BCC address and account credentials secure

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the add-in code, website, and documentation, are owned by Stuart Stafford trading as BCC Logger. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. 8. Data and Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the Service you agree to our Privacy Policy. You remain the data controller for any personal data processed via your use of the add-in (for example, email addresses of your recipients). We act as a data processor only in respect of the limited personal data described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, or HubSpot.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stuart Stafford trading as BCC Logger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Microsoft Outlook and is designed to work with HubSpot. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of Microsoft 365 is governed by Microsoft's terms of service, and your use of HubSpot is governed by HubSpot's terms of service.
