Does it work with all HubSpot plans?

Yes. HubSpot provides a personal BCC address on all plans including the free tier. As long as you have a HubSpot BCC address, BCC Logger will work.

Does it work in Outlook for Mac?

The manual "Log to HubSpot" button and the settings pane work in all versions of Outlook. The automatic BCC on compose open requires Outlook on the Web or Outlook for Windows — this is a Microsoft platform limitation, not a restriction of BCC Logger.

Is my email content safe?

Completely. BCC Logger runs entirely inside your Outlook client. It only adds a BCC recipient — it never reads, copies, or transmits the content of your emails. No email data ever touches our servers.

Do I need to involve my IT department?

It depends on your organisation's Microsoft 365 settings. Many users can install it themselves in minutes by downloading the manifest file and sideloading it via Outlook on the Web. However, if your IT team has restricted custom add-in installation, you'll need them to either enable sideloading or deploy the add-in to your account via Microsoft 365 Admin Center. What happens if I want to cancel?

Cancel any time — there are no contracts or lock-in. If you cancel, the add-in will stop working at the end of your billing period. You can remove it from Outlook at any time.
